HEROES
HEROES was a project of The School of Dance, Artistic Director Merrilee Hodgins, in Ottawa, focusing on creativity and community, celebrating memories, strengths, and contributions.
Each episode is hosted by Kathy MacLellan and John Nolan. John also edited each episode.
The best thing about this project was getting to know some amazing seniors. We loved hearing their voices, their stories and their perspectives on heroes. We collected their thoughts into a series of podcasts. Every story is interesting—be it quirky, poignant, sad or funny—and all somehow uplifting, because, after all, we’re all in this together.
